Cima performed very well on the major repair and replacement they did in 2023 and another area of the roof which they did in feb 2024. I am very pleased with the quality work that they did. Im impressed that they were on time and performed in every way as they said they would. I will continue to use Cima . I finally found a trust worthy and quality roof company, after many years of looking and working with companies that disappeared after their work ,which was not done correctly.

A realtor in our neighborhood in Highland Village, Texas referred us to CIMA Contractors to us after a hail storm damaged our property. They did a great job handling the claim from start to finish. After servicing our building's roof system for 10 years we used Cima Contractors LLC to manage a difficult insurance claim due to hail damage on the building. They did a terrific job working with the insurance carrier and installing a new high performance roof system along with new industrial HVAC equipment. Super Happy!!! I highly recommend them.

We hired Cima Contractors to repair the damage to our commercial roof system after a wind storm hit our property. (Garland, Texas) They guided us through the insurance process and helped us make informed decisions on how to proceed. A broker I work with here in Austin, TX, recommended Cima Contractors LLC to inspect my roof after a storm several years ago. They met with my insurance carrier, walked the building, and pointed out the hail damage to the roof. Initially, the carrier tried to deny the claim, but the team went above and beyond to overturn their decision. It was a challenging process, but they delivered exceptional results. They installed a Firestone TPO roofing system with new ISO insulation. The roofing system also came with a no-dollar-limit manufacturer warranty. I am extremely happy with their hard work and dedication and highly recommend Cima Contractors LLC!
